Athletic Registration
We require all athletes (Varsity, JV, Freshman & Modified) to use this online registration system. All information must be completed in order to be fully cleared. For helpful information, view the video once you have registered.

Physical Examination
Students registering for Activities must have a current physical examination form submitted for the School Nurses to review before the student is authorized to participate in any in-season practice or tryouts. Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the exam. Download the physical form by clicking the Activities Team Registration icon and complete a family account and follow download instructions.
